We’re TenderDirect Malaysia, a small team with a big idea, to make finding government and private tenders far less complicated.


Our mission goes beyond simplifying tender access. We aim to enable long-term sustainability for our clients and the industries we serve by helping businesses stay informed, competitive, and ready for new opportunities.


How It All Began

It all started with a spreadsheet, late nights, and one big question:

“What if there was one place to find all Malaysian tenders in real time?”

Finding tenders was fragmented and time-consuming, so we built a simple way to track and organize them. That idea became Tender Direct, a platform that brings everything into one place, so you can focus on opportunities, not the search.

With that TenderDirect was born


We began by manually collecting public tender listings and building a simple, user-friendly dashboard. Over time, we added custom alerts, filters, and daily digests.

Today, thousands of users — from small contractors to large procurement teams — rely on TenderDirect to stay ahead and discover opportunities faster.
